Mission and Accountabilities:
The position calls for somebody who understands the administration of a starting a Multinational Operation in Venezuela within the Chemical Business Segment and how to organize and run the Administrative and Accounting activities generated by a USD 2 Million a year imports/resale operation.
The Accounting and Administrative Department requieres experience to develop and executive Budgets, manage Balance Sheets and P & L´s and oversee the whole administrative operation as regards CADIVI, Invoicing (local and indent), Inventory Control, Bank Relations, Collections, Payroll (and all matters related), Government Taxes, Lopcimant, Locti etc.
The position reports to the General Manager in Veneazuela and also will be reporting, functionally to Belgium.
Profile of the Candidate
A candidate between 27 - 32 years of age ( not limitative), with proven experience acquired in positions of increasing responsibilities in the accounting area, preferably acquired in an External Auditing Firm. Intemediate knowledge of English will be required for reporting purposes of interacting with Belgium.
The Candidate should account for a successful career, be proactive and with excellent personal and relationship skills. Should know how to motivate, direct and develop others to ensure goals.
Must have potential to continue growing inside the organization and be an Entrepreneurial and a Self-starter. Business oriented Organized Professional.
